A coat of arms on either side of the stamp; “Orszagos Magyar Belyegkiallitas” across top (III Hungarian Philatelic Exhibition) and the word “Budapest” above the stamp. “Az Eucharisztikus Kongresszus Aokaimabol / Szent Isvan Kiraly Jubileumi Edeben/1938” across bottom (On the occassion of the Eucharistic Congress during the Jubilee Year of St. Stephen First King of Hungary).
